Returns & Refunds
At Niyora, every bangle, earring, frame, and resin phone case is created with care, individuality, and attention to detail. Since many of our pieces are handmade or customized, no two items are exactly the same — that’s the beauty of what we offer.
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural due to the artisanal and resin-based process and are not considered defects.
We do *not offer return, refunds or cancellations* on orders once they are placed. However, we do understand that there can be exceptions, and we’re here to help where it’s genuinely needed.
Exchanges / Store Credit may be provided if:*
* You receive a *wrong item*.
* Your product arrives *damaged* (with an *unboxing video* as proof, taken from the moment the parcel is opened).
* Your item is *defective or broken* upon delivery.
> In such cases, please get in touch with us within *48 hours of receiving your order* via email at info@niyoradesigns.com or DM us on Instagram with your Order ID and the issue.

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders
Products that are *customized, **personalized, or made-to-order **cannot be exchanged or returned* under any circumstances.

Process & Conditions for Exchange / Credit Note
- You must notify us within *3 days of delivery*.
* The item must be shipped back to our warehouse within *7 working days* at your own cost.
* Once received and inspected, we will issue you a *credit note valid for 90 days* (shipping charges will be deducted).
* Exchange requests will not be accepted after the 3-day window.
* Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
* Any item sent back without prior communication will not be accepted. - Once we receive your exchanged product, we will re-deliver a new product within 2 to 3 weeks.

Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
* Customized or personalized items
* Products purchased on sale or during special offers
* Items damaged due to customer handling after delivery
* Color/design differences due to screen resolution or handmade nature
* Late claims beyond the return window
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Shipping & International Orders
* International orders are *not eligible for exchange or return* unless the item is *lost in transit* or arrives damaged (unboxing video required).
* In case of return pickups arranged by us, a *logistics fee of ₹150* will apply (India only).
* Duties/taxes/customs for international deliveries are to be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations
* Orders *cannot be cancelled once placed*.
* Orders containing *custom or pre-order items* are strictly non-cancellable.
* If you wish to cancel an unshipped standard order, we can issue a *credit note only*, valid for future purchases on Niyora.
