Bulk Orders – Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We love working on bulk orders for events, corporate gifting, weddings, party favors, and collaborations. These are usually customized and made to order — which means they’re non-refundable and non-returnable.

Key Terms for Bulk Orders:
No cancellations, returns, or refunds once the order is confirmed and payment is made.
Any design approvals (color, quantity, packaging, etc.) must be finalized over email or WhatsApp before we begin production.
Bulk orders may take 7–20 business days to be processed depending on order volume and customization level.
If there is any damage during shipping, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery, we will either offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping charges for returns/exchanges (if applicable) must be borne by the buyer.
